How long will it take to receive my item?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival of non personalized items.
Personalized orders take approximately 2 weeks to process and 1 week for shipping, so aproximately 3 weeks to arrive.
If you need your order sooner, please contact me and I will let you know if you will receive it by your specified date. If not, you can choose Rush Processing for an additional fee. Please contact us by using the contact form at Hannah Banana Baby , with your intended purchases and date needed. We will get back to you with a price quote. If you do not choose Rush Processing as your shipping method, your item will not be guaranteed.
Do you accept returns?
Personalized items cannot be resold, as they are made for you, therefore we do not except them as returns. One of a kind items are also sold on consignment, so cannot be returned. If for any reason you need to return another item that does not fit the above two categories, please contact us within 2 weeks of the original shipping date at Hannah Banana Baby. Do not mail your item back until you receive special return instructions. We are sorry, but shipping charges cannot be reimbursed. All returns need to be in new condition with any tags attached.
What are your shipping charges and do you ship internationally?
For shipping within the US (not to include Hawaii and Alaska), the first item you order has a shipping charge of $6.95. For the second and third items add an additional $2.00 each. Each item after that adds an additional $1.00. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is slightly higher. Please contact us at Hannah Banana Baby for shipping and product availability to Hawaii and Alaska. At this time we do not offer international shipping
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your items by credit card, or instant cash transfer through a secure server. When you are ready to complete your order, you will be directed to Paypal where you will complete the payment transaction. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay by credit card and this site is HIGHLY secure. If you have a Paypal account you can chose to pay with an instant bank transfer. Your order will not be processed until the transfer is complete. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, or bank transfer, we will accept a money order. Please be sure to leave an e-mail address, chose payment by money order and we will contact you. Your order will be processed when the money order is received.
